The Place

Punta Negra condominium, La Dolce Vita, # 703 is privately owned.
The unit has two bedrooms (one with King size bed and the other with two full size beds), two bathrooms, mexican style kitchen, terrace, washer and dryer.
The Building has a large pool at beach level.

The Location

Punta Negra is approximately 10 minutes by cab or bus south of downtown Puerto Vallarta. The bus from the unit to old Puerto Vallarta costs 5 Pesos (about 50 cents) and a taxi is about 60 Pesos (approx. $6US).

Shopping and groceries

A supermarket (Supermercado Rizo) is located in the south part of downtown Puerto Vallarta. There you find also many Restaurants and craft shops.
